Inquiry and Information
If you're interested in commissioning me, please provide the following information when inquiring via DM:✧ Commission type (e.g., character, scene, outfit, mod, etc.)

✧ Basic info (e.g., character name, personality, etc.)
✧ Any other pertinent detailsAdditionally, please share your budget and offer so I can provide an accurate estimate.Payment and Confirmation
Once we agree on a price, simply confirm payment and I'll send you a secure payment link. Upon receiving full payment, I'll begin working on your commission and keep you updated on my progress via this tracking page.Timeline and Completion
I aim to complete commissions within 1-2 months, but more time may be required for complex projects or if I have prior commitments. I'll always keep you informed throughout the process.Revisions and Final Product
Once the final product is ready, I'll send a few screenshots for your review. You can suggest any revisions you'd like, and once you're satisfied, I'll create the card image and renders at no additional cost.Delivery and Credit
I'll send the finished product to you via the same platform where we discussed the project, along with a MEGA link if necessary. I'll credit your username as the commissioner unless you prefer to use a different name or remain anonymous.Future Availability and Feedback
The finished product will eventually be available on my Patreon at a later date (with fewer details, smaller texture sizes, and at a lower price). However, any renders and mods can be kept completely private if you prefer. I might share your feedback about the commission here, but I'll always ensure sensitive information is blurred out.

Pricing and Complexity

The price of each commission will depend on the type (character card, scene, outfit, mod, overlay, etc.) and complexity/difficulty (details, textures) of the work.Commission Requirements

✧ Basic information (e.g., name, personality, height, birthday, blood type, etc.)
I will also conduct my own research to ensure accuracy and verify all provided information.For scene commissions, please provide a concise description.For mod commissions, please provide a 3D model if you'd like me to port it. I can port clothes, items, accessories, maps (for studio), and more. Additionally, I can create texture mods.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy commissioning work from me or purchasing items from my store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any commission request or purchase.2. 2.2 Pricing: Prices are determined based on the complexity and type of commission. A quote will be provided after reviewing your request.
2.3 Payment: Full payment is required in advance. No work will begin until payment is received.
2.4 Revisions: Minor revisions are included in the initial price. Major revisions may incur additional charges.3. PAYMENT TERMS3.1 Accepted Methods: Payments are accepted in HKD.
3.2 Refunds: No refunds will be issued once payment has been made and work has begun.4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS4.1 Ownership: The commissioner receives personal, non-commercial usage rights for the commissioned work.
4.2 Copyright: I retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the commissioned work.
4.3 Resale: Reselling or redistributing the commissioned work is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.5. PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY5.1 Commissioner Privacy: The level of publicity for each commission will be jointly determined by the commissioner and myself.
5.2 Credit: The commissioner agrees to credit me when sharing or displaying the commissioned work.6. DELIVERY AND TIMEFRAME6.1 Estimated Completion: Most commissions are completed within 1 month, but complex projects may require more time.
6.2 Updates: Regular updates will be provided via the designated tracking page.7. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
7.1 Prohibited Content: I reserve the right to refuse any commission that involves illegal activities, hate speech, or extreme violence.8. CANCELLATION POLICY8.1 By Artist: I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
8.2 By Commissioner: Cancellations by the commissioner after work has begun will result in NO refund.9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the commissioned work.10. CHANGES TO TERMSI reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of my services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.PURCHASING ITEMS11. ITEM DESCRIPTIONSItem descriptions are provided in good faith and are intended to be accurate. However, I reserve the right to make changes to item descriptions at any time.12.
