Introduction
Welcome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client" or "the Purchaser") and the creator known as EARTHSHIP / sixuri ("the Creator"). By commissioning custom work ("Commissions") or purchasing digital products ("Store Items") from the Creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

SECTION 1: GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES & PRODUCTS

1.1 Intellectual Property & Copyright
The Creator retains full, exclusive ownership of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights for all created works. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to display the work in portfolios, on social media, for promotional materials, and in derivative works. The Client is granted a usage license as defined in the specific sections below.1.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT resell, redistribute, or use any work for any commercial purposes without prior written consent. This prohibition explicitly includes, but is not limited to, incorporation into any blockchain-related technology (e.g., NFTs) or AI training datasets.1.3 Attribution (Credit)
You are required to provide clear and prominent credit to the Creator (e.g., "EARTHSHIP" or "sixuri"), preferably with a hyperlink to the Creator's primary website, whenever the work is displayed publicly.1.4 Payment & Finality of Sale
All payments are non-refundable and all sales are final, as detailed in the sections below.

SECTION 2: TERMS FOR CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

2.1 Originality & Craftsmanship
My commitment to quality is absolute, with different processes for different commission types to ensure the best result.

• For Original Creations (e.g., Characters, Outfits): All work is created entirely from scratch. All textures are meticulously hand-drawn by me personally, and I have a strict policy of not utilizing any third-party pre-made assets. This guarantees a truly unique, high-quality product.

• For Porting Services (e.g., Studio Item Port): For this service, I work with the 3D models and textures provided by the Client. My craftsmanship is focused on the technical process of skillfully adapting, optimizing, and integrating these assets into the target platform to ensure they function perfectly.2.2 Commission License
The license granted to the Client is determined by the "Project License" selection in the Commission Request Form.

• Public License: The Client is granted a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. The Creator retains the full right to resell the finished commission work in their shop and use it for promotional purposes.
• Private License: The Client is granted an exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. The Creator will not resell the finished work.2.3 Commission Workflow• Request Submission: All commission requests must be submitted via the official Commission Request Form. I reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion. Requests sent via direct message will be redirected to the form.

• Quotation & Payment: Based on the submitted form, a formal price quotation will be issued. Full, non-refundable payment is required in advance to secure a commission slot. No work shall commence until payment is received in full.

• Revisions: The initial quotation includes up to two (2) minor revisions (e.g., small color adjustments). Substantial alterations (e.g., changing a pose, a different outfit) will be classified as major revisions and are subject to additional fees.2.4 Cancellation Policy
• By Creator: Should the Creator need to cancel a commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
• By Client: If the Client cancels after work has commenced, no refund will be issued.

SECTION 3: TERMS FOR STORE ITEMS (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

3.1 License for Store Items
All Store Items are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.3.2 Specific Rules for Video Collections
Purchased videos are for private viewing only. You are strictly prohibited from re-uploading, streaming, or sharing the video files on any public or private platform.3.3 Specific Rules for 3D Assets & Textures
• Permitted Use: Assets are licensed for use on your personal, complete digital projects (e.g., private character cards, personal renders).
• Restriction: You are prohibited from using these assets on any commercial or publicly distributed projects without prior written permission.3.4 Refund Policy
Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales of Store Items are final and non-refundable.

SECTION 4: LEGAL & ENFORCEMENT

4.1 Violation of Terms
Any breach of these Terms of Service will result in an immediate and permanent revocation of your usage license for all purchased and commissioned works. The Creator reserves the right to issue DMCA takedown notices, pursue legal action, and permanently ban violators from all future services.4.2 Modification of Terms
The Creator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Creator's primary website.By proceeding with a commission or purchase, you affirm your agreement to these legally binding terms.
