♡ Terms of service ♡

Please note that by commissioning me, you are indicating your full agreement with the following terms.

general

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. If you're interested in ordering, feel free to message me on Twitter, Discord, Pixiv, or anywhere else you can reach me!

  • All commissions are for personal non-commercial use only, so please don't sell or share the finished product without my permission. As for publicity, the commissioner and I will decide together (private commissions will be pricier than the regular ones).

  • Please credit me whenever you post pictures, videos, or any media related to the commission. The price will depend on the type (character card, scene, outfit, mod, overlay, etc.) and complexity/difficulty (details, textures) of the commission.

  • If you're looking for a character/outfit commission, please provide sufficient references (e.g., front, side, back view) and basic information (e.g., name, personality, height, birthday, blood type, etc.). I'll also research on my own to achieve more accurate results (e.g., voices) and ensure all the information is correct.

  • For scene commissions, please provide a concise description. I'll only use the characters that either you or I made, or characters that you have permission to use!

  • For mods, please provide a 3D model if you'd like me to port it. I can port clothes, items, accessories, maps (for studio), and more. I can also do texture mods like this one!

workflow

  1. If you're interested in commissioning me, please provide the following information when inquiring about commissions via DM: commission type, references, basic info, and any other pertinent details. Additionally, kindly let me know your budget and offer so I can provide you with an accurate estimate. Once we agree on a price that works for you, simply confirm payment and I will send you a secure payment link.

  2. Once I receive full payment, I'll get to work on your commission and keep you updated on my progress via this tracking page.

  3. I aim to complete commissions within 1-2 months, but more time may be required for complicated projects or if I have a lot of prior commitments. Either way, I'll always keep you in the loop.

  4. Once the final product is ready, I'll send a few screenshots first, so you can suggest any revisions you'd like. Once you're totally happy with everything, I'll make the card image and renders completely free of charge.

  5. I'll send the finished product to you via the same platform where we discussed the project, along with a MEGA link if necessary. I'll credit your username as the commissioner unless you prefer to use a different name or remain anonymous.

  6. Finally, the finished product will eventually be available on my Patreon at a later date (with fewer details, smaller texture sizes, and at a lower price), but any renders and mods can be kept completely private if you prefer. I might even share your feedback about the commission here, but I'll always make sure to blur out any sensitive info.

payment

  • Full payment in advance.

  • Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.

  • Payments can be made in HKD through PayPal, 轉數快 (FPS) / PayMe / 熊猫速汇, or Patreon (USD). If possible, I recommend using 轉數快 (FPS) / PayMe to save on transaction fees.

  • I am happy to accommodate revisions, but please note that large revisions - such as major design changes involving new textures - will incur an additional charge.

  • All of my characters are commissioned and shared at a significantly lower price, with permission from their respective commissioners.

  • I create each character and outfit from scratch, and all textures are hand-drawn by me.

  • I never use any parts or textures made by others, such as overlays, outfits, or hairstyles.

  • If an outfit is not original, I make sure to obtain permission from the original designer before creating and sharing it.
